The docking of ATV Johannes Kepler 14

ESA’s ATV Johannes Kepler is due to dock with the International Space Station today at 16:49 CET. Live streaming will start at 16:15 CET.

ATV-2 was launched on 16 February at 22:50 CET by an Ariane 5 from Europe's Spaceport in French Guiana, to deliver critical supplies and reboost the Space Station.

Internationaal ruimtestation ISS (International Space Station) boven Nederland.

De laatste dagen heb ik vaak gekeken naar het ISS. Het is fascinerend om te zien hoe dit prachtig oplichtende ruimtestation boven de horizon verschijnt om met een enorme snelheid van zo'n 28000 kilometer per uur tenslotte weer te verdwijnen in het duister.
